A few months ago we started working on Unwind, a food guide / recipe book about the wonderful neighborhood of Vila de Gràcia in Barcelona, and so far it has been an amazing journey, we’ve met so many nice people along the way and we’ve been lucky to collaborate with some of our favourite restaurants. Our guide is around 95% done and we’re extremely happy to share some new content that will be featured In our book, this time it’s a brief glimpse at how they make cocktails in Stampi Café, one of our favourite spots in the area. They have been kind enough to share the recipe for one their tastiest cocktails, “El Curandero”.
“El Curandero” is a cocktail composed of ingredients such as mezcal, egg whites, lime juice, dark chocolate, just to name a few, and we guarantee that you’ll be completely astonished once you try it. So if you’re in Barcelona we really recommend to head over to Stampi Café and order one, but if you happen to live somewhere else, don’t worry because very soon you will have the full recipe available!
Hace unos meses comenzamos a trabajar en Unwind, una guía de comida / libro de recetas sobre el maravilloso barrio de Vila de Gràcia en Barcelona, y hasta ahora ha sido un viaje increíble, hemos conocido a mucha gente agradable en el camino y hemos tenido la suerte de colaborar con algunos de nuestros restaurantes favoritos.
Nuestra guía está 95% terminada y estamos muy felices de compartir contenido nuevo que podrán encontrar en nuestro libro, esta vez es un breve vistazo a la forma en que preparan los cócteles en Stampi Café, uno de nuestros lugares favoritos de la zona. Ellos nos han compartido la receta de uno de sus cócteles más ricos, “El Curandero”.
“El Curandero” es un cóctel compuesto de ingredientes como mezcal, claras de huevo, zumo de limón, chocolate negro, solo por mencionar algunos, y garantizamos que se sorprenderá por completo una vez que lo pruebes.
